Karris is an experienced speaker and workshop presenter. She has presented at events in Los Angeles, New York; Houston; San Antonio; Pittsburgh; Chicago; and Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Among her speaking topics are technical and philosophical aspects of writing, motivational reflections and faith-related topics. She also is skilled at presenting workshops and seminars on finding balance, leadership training, anti-racism, internalized racial opporession and unconscious bias.
